Andy Thompson, Sales and Major Accounts, Generac Mobile Products UK, comment:
“From the start of the year the market has seen an increase in enquiries from construction as output increases across housebuilding, infrastructure and industrial sectors, and these buoyant trends were certainly reflected in the conversations at Plantworx 2017.
“However, as the market continues to recover and with uncertainty still looming over the fate of the General Election results, many customers were still being cautious and as such value, in terms of total life cost and return, along with getting the most out of the utilisation of fleets, remained front of mind for many.
“This event gave us the opportunity to showcase both the Generac and Pramac mobile product ranges including the DWP S6 Pump and P1800 Hybrid Generator and demonstrate how we can proactively support this sector, amongst others such as events, with the most comprehensive and up-to-date range of lighting and power products.
“Through our innovation we have built a current, powerful product portfolio which truly reflects the practical, core needs of the construction sector and designed to deliver operational cost and maintenance efficiencies, without compromising on performance.
“This is very much reflected in our dust suppression kits, pumps and wash racks through to incorporation of the latest sustainable power and LED technology in our new V20 lighting tower- designed to celebrate the Company’s vision and innovation spanning 20 years in the European lighting market. We would like to thank all our customers who visited us across the three show days.”
